Based on our business model, we follow a proper and systemic approach towards the pricing, at Wren Software. We have worked out two models which are based on combination of fixed price and T&M model. At Wren Software the business model to be used are recommended by the professionals after a detail and careful inspection of the strategy that are to be followed and amount and the type of task to be accomplished.
A clear outline of a certain price is quoted and the whole project development is carried out within that pricing framework. Wren Software fixed price model offers a low risk option which guarantees the delivery of project on time and on budget. In the model it is clearly mentioned about the time lines. For any change in the scope at the later stage in the project execution, a prior agreed upon fixed hourly rate is charged to the client.
